How do I order?

Pre-orders will open up every Friday at midnight for pickup on the FOLLOWING Saturday. Preorders will be open from Friday-Wednesday, or until we sell out. Our flavors are limited in quantity, so if you see a flavor you want, order it! We are certain you will love it :)

I can’t pick up my ice cream on the date provided, can I change my pick up day?

Yes! When this happens, we encourage customers to send a friend to pick up for them. However, if that isn’t an option, we will happily hold your order for the following week. Please reach out on our “contact us” page if there is an issue for your pick up.

I missed my pick up over the weekend, can I still get my pints?

Yes, as long as you contact us via the “contact us” page on our website before the next drop happens. We will send an email if you missed your pick up window. Please note: if we don’t get a message, we can’t know when the pints will be picked up, so they will be forfeited, without the option of a refund.  

Do your flavors have dairy? Or Gluten?

All of our flavors are made with milk and cream. If we ever offer a non-dairy flavor, or gluten free option, that will be specified in the description

Do you take special orders for events? (Weddings/Birthday parties, etc.)

We do! Send us a message through the “contact us” page and we will be happy to make your ice cream vision come true!
